Capital Planning and Programming Unit
Goal
To develop and maintain the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) and effectively manage the distribution of MnDOT’s capital transportation funds, and FHWA federal formula funds for all eligible agencies.

What you need to provide to the unit
- Most information needed for the STIP will be provided through the District STIP Coordinators or to the District C STIP Coordinator
- Accurate STIP descriptions, funding information, and program year
