Goal
The goal of the Project Management Support Section (PMSS) is to provide the project management community with the standards, tools, guidance, and support they need to successfully develop MnDOT’s projects and meet the department’s objectives.

What you need to provide to the section
- Current information in CHIMES and P6
- Correctly filled out Schedule Initiation Forms (SIF) for new projects that need schedules built
- Correctly filled out requests for letting date moves

- Ensure the items listed above are accurate

- Contact our office when you have a large or complex project that may be an alternate delivery project candidate
- Be aware of what is included in your project
- Coordinate with functional areas and Central Office groups prior to requesting a letting date or letting date move
