About this project

We replaced the signal system and removed the free right turn lanes at the intersection of Hwy 169 and Co. Rd. 3/Excelsior Blvd. in Hopkins. Crews also constructed a center median on Excelsior Blvd. The signals were over 25 years old and needed to be replaced.
