Principle
This section will ensure a consistent brand voice throughout all MnDOT social media platforms.
Standards
Copy
Best practice for copy is 125 characters (including spaces) or less—you are able go over this count on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, but try to keep the character count as low as possible. For X (formerly known as Twitter) copy must be 280 characters or less including links and spaces.

Join us on March 27 from 5:30 to 7:30pm at the Pine Island American Legion to learn more and share your thoughts on a Hwy 52 construction project!
